Normal Day JANUARY 22 2024 Yestetday I ate two meals. I am eating for weigh loss at 50 Net Carbs (NC) per day. Carb, Fiber, Protein and Fat, is what my liver uses to decrease/increase my fat stores. 24 carbs, 9 fiber, 80 protein, 85 fat. (24-9)+(80×.56)=60 NC. 2 meals means 2 preps, 2 cooks, 2 glucose/insulin spikes. I can do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️
