Normal Day JANUARY 21 2024 Yestetday I eat three meals. I am eating for weigh loss. Carb, Fiber, Protein and Fat. That's how my body will use its fat stores. 20 carbs, 12 fiber, 66 protein, 85 fat. (20-12)+(66×.56)= 45 NC. 3 meals means 3 preps, 3 cooks, 3 glucose/insulin spikes. I can do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️
