It's been quite a challenge to sick to the eating plan lately. I've been feeling physically, and emotionally hungry. I've eaten ravenously at times, and my belly feels a bit bigger. I've been way to concerned with the mirror and how I look. My mom finally said something about my weight, and it felt good, but I accepted the compliment sincerely.
