Heading in the wrong direction this week. Just couldn't seem to focus on health with heavy work pressure, but I'm determined to turn it around this week. In spite of the gain, I did have some encouragement. Ordered a pair of Khakis in my usual size 20W Petite, and they are a little too roomy. Will have to go down a size. Yea!
