Great going! Eggs are your BEST friends in this journey making sure that your don’t get hungry AND, most IMPORTANTLY, don’t lose muscle. Aim for 15 eggs a day.
Eat vegetables, too. And, yes, your farts will be ghastly but should you care about other people’s noses/FEELINGS or yourself, more?????

15 eggs a day that's too much may be IDK 😅 let's just hope I start to loose my weight so that I can stay motivated
