Oh it has been so long since I have recorded anything, including my weight. I have gained about 5 pounds. Am I happy with that? absolutely not. But I am not willing to stop. It has been the same my whole life. But no matter, I am used to that. Glenn I read your post all the time and I am so thankful to have that to keep me grounded. Your post me a lot to me and I am sure to lots of others. Thank You for that.
