Starting this keto diet back up 4 years. Got down to my ideal weight and felt great. The holidays and NFL football season got the best of me in 2023. In 2020, after I dropped 25 lbs I had all the tools necessary to “manage” my weight in the 185 range. I’ll get back there! Started today on the right track with tons of water and minimal calories.
