Today is my first day of getting started with a better way of eating and to lose weight. I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my knee and my doctor has advised me that if I lose weight this will greatly help my knee. Today has been pretty good for the first day. There are still many things I can already see that I need to change (like drinking more water) but isn't that the reason I am putting down every bite I put in my mouth, so I have to be accountable for it. Here's to the first day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
