So my 3 day (72 hour) fast ended 20h00 today. I do clean fasts ... meaning only water and black unsweetened green tea. I feel amazing! Experienced no hunger or any cravings .. It is insane! Energised and focused the entire time!

Not something I'll do weekly. More likely monthly but most probably quaterly.

I have lost now 55kg in total .. am done losing weight. My focus is now on weight maintenance. It is uncharted territory .. will be trial and error. My plan:

1. Already started going to the gym. Have to get moving ...
2. IF will be part of it
3. Steadily increasing my calorie intake
4. Weekly watching my weight and once stabilised will probably do it monthly

Anyone that can share some insights and experience on weight maintenance?
