It is Oct 13. I will weigh myself when I get home from work tonight. Have had 818 bad calories so far and now drinking water. Would like to lose 20 pounds by Dec 17.

I've gained weight and nothing fits and am getting too old for this merry-go-round. Need to change my habits!!
