Hahaha, posted lots of motivational replies to buddies, then weighed myself and I've gained. I have had a relative staying from Canada and we've been drinking, and eating out too much, back to serious dieting, I need some low calorie cup soups for lunch at work.

I am with you there! here is my tip - if you need a lean lunch, have a can of good quality tomatoes with plenty of salt and pepper (liven it up with a few olives if you have any) and heat it up in a bowl like a soup. Its Super-filling, you won't even need bread. No additives or preservatives, gives you loads of energy, and LESS than 100 cals a can. Good healthy meal, and the weight will drop off I promise ;-)

Great idea kabella. ...do use canmned tomatoes but in main dishes...but wull try ur idea...but will add a bit of garlic and basil too.
