Wow! hit a healthy weight for the first time in more years than I care to remember. In the past 2 years, I've lost exactly 3 stones in weight, and I'm wondering if anyone else has found the thought of increasing calories a little daunting. I find myself struggling to eat enough some days and don't want to go too far, 😆
