Shockingly I was able to stay at or just slightly above my calorie goal on Thanksgiving (eyeballing it, no measuring or weighing but after a couple months of religiously weighing, I feel fairly confident I was close to accurate). I was also able to get really good workouts in all week - weight lifting and 3 days of excellent runs, beating my personal best week so far. Another 2 lbs down! I haven't been below 170 since before 2017 and someone I haven't seen for awhile even commented on it today 🙃 So that always feels good. My goal for this month was to be below 170 so looks like I'll beat it. Next month's end goal is to be below 165.
