Well. It has been nearly a week. I have lost 3 kgs so far or 6.5 pounds. I have another 24 kgs to go (53.5 pounds). I know I want to do this and everything is on track. It has been a week, no chocolate, no junk food! Tomorrow is my Birthday, and I am going out for Breakfast, but it shouldn't be a big deal... I can have eggs without the toast, and a cup of tea. That is well within my limits. I have a Bridal shower on Sunday and I can just promise that I will try to behave. My Keto indicators tell me that I have reached a good level of Ketosis, and I would like to remain there. Hope everyone else is positive and motivated.!
