Resep saladnya gampang, kupas wortel dan lobak putih, cuci bersih lalu parut. Panaskan air matang + garam + gula + cuka masak koresi rasa y. Panas2 siram ke parutan wortel lobak. Diamkan sampai dingin, simpan di kulkas.
