Hi keep at it and don't let adverse changes get you down. Once you have started on this journey, it can be self fulfilling, as your mind becomes more aware of the bodies signals with changes in your eating habits. I started to feel empty on some days, despite me knowing that I was not. getting to know the signals your body is putting out, is part of this journey.
