Stuck in the middle, or just stuck. I eat properly & if I live long enough, will probably get to 215. Unless there is a secret I've not learned, it matters not how much, or how little I eat. Doesn't matter when I eat. The amount of water I drink, or don't. Low carb or Paleo is my choice. If I eat Weight Watcher's for example I'll gain 5 or more pounds a week. I exercise all I can & then some. The good news is I've lost 2 inches in my waist. My BP, Lipids, Glucose, & all other medical tests are perfect or very near to it. My Arthritis seems to be getting worse though. So I'll stick to what I'm doing & hope for the best, as I do for all here at Fat Secret.
