I did not do well at all this week and I've been blaming being tired and stressed at work and using that as an excuse to overdo on unhealthy snacks. But I think in reality it is the opposite - it is because I'm not eating healthy this week that I'm so tired and having a hard time handling my work load.

It is the weekend and I have Monday off so a good time to get some rest and renew the effort. I can do this. I am in control - well, not so much lately, but I can change that!

I know it's hard to keep going but little by little you will get to where you wanna be. You have already lost a bunch of pounds. You can do it!!

After one day of being at least more reasonable and most importantly tracking everything again, I lost those 3 pounds I had suddenly gained. I like this much better. Lesson learned, I am in control, not the stresses of my work life!
