I’m not weighing myself for a while. Half term visitors, long weekend away, Chinese takeout, bottles of Prosecco, fish and chips (more the once!) I could go on but it’s making me hungry 🤤 So I’ve totally taken my eye off the ball and neither counted or logged my calories/food. I feel hungrier the more I eat and definitely thicker round the middle. Tomorrow is a new month, childrens back to school so I’ll indulge for one last day and enjoy. I’ve got until Christmas to get over the guilt 😩 On the plus side I did make my first carrot cake and it was amazing!
