Back to counting calories for me after an extended period away. I went back to school and got a new job, moved cities. Now I’m a Medical Office Administrator away from home… which means I SIT! I sit so much now and I’ve noticed that a lot of my weight has crept back on. Up in the 200s again.
So I’ve started walking to work, now I’m working on my eating habits. Not trying anything fancy, no keto or low carb just yet although these have worked for me in the past really well. Just trying to balance everything and keep myself happy while i do it.
