Busy day, and missing lunch meant I snacked a bit, lots of corn thins. Still managed to lose some weight, after a lite breakfast and very healthy fish and vegie dinner.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
