Not had a chance to exercise this week but with the amount of mattresses, beds and furniture that I've upended I think that counts as weight training lol. Broke my own rule of not eating after 6pm and have had several glasses of wine, it's been a rough week! Expecting a gain on weigh in day, must do better next week.
