I'm surprised and pleased with myself. Thought I blew it yesterday with that big lunch I ate while watching Vincenzo on Netflix. Turns out I did pretty good. I managed to stay below my normal intake of 1400 cal. for the entire day. This tells me to stop beating myself up over eating too much and realizing that redemption on the same day is possible.
