Alright, my period started today. Had a little trouble waking up several times last night, but always went right back to sleep.
So YAAAAAAYY!! Last week was my PMDD week and I DIDN'T GET DEPRESSED!! I got reeeeeeally sleepy and that was it! I slept between 9-11 hours a day. I just went with it and rested.
I have been really great on portion control this week! I don't get hungry much, but I do get a little sleepy when I need to eat. But, it hasn't triggered a depression of massive comfort food craving.
I CAN DO THIS! I feel like I have made it past a key threshold necessary to succeed!!
Oh yeah, Cholesterol numbers from my full physical 2 weeks ago:
Total Cholesterol - 211 (below 199, so a little high) Triglycerides 70 (excellent!) HDL 73 (again, a little bit high) LDL 124 (excellent)
The Dr wants me to do the "diet & exercise" routine and check back in a year. So, let's see those numbers improve!|
Oh yeah, I think Sunday's weigh-in is going to be pretty good too. Doing great on diet AND post PMS. I ought to see the needle go down a bit again! (weighing in at 194 mid-week)
