Well after yesterday's hectic pace with 4 hours driving round trip and a hike plus a spell on the exercycle, it was good to kick back. Actually I didn't have a choice as my shins and tendons connecting them to the ankles are still sore and tight, and I look like an 80 year old walking with short steps.
Anyway, I had oatmeal with a touch of milk and honey added for breakfast and I am cutting my coffee consumption in half, which began yesterday. Basically today I had about 3 1/2 cups instead of the normal 6+.
No lunch today.
This is what I just had for dinner and yes, that was a huge bowlful.
Tons of fatty beef, with a multitude of vegetables including cabbage, calabasas, celery, carrots, potato plus a couple I can't name. Absolutely fantastic!
Though I said I wasn't, there will be a 30 minute stint on the exercycle after all tonight. In fact, right now.
See you tomorrow am with the weigh in results. Hope I lose a couple of ounces.
