Went for a nice run and got myself today to do OMAD.
The times when I lose weight the fastest are usually those when I don't eat a lot but still stay physically active. Of course, that's not rocket science.
Today, I will see if it is interment fasting or if I can hold it until 5:00pm and do another OMAD day.
