Finally got my annual exams outta the way. it had been a while and i realized what use is it to work out and diet and all that if I don't actually see a dr and get a clean bill of health. Posted earlier that I was off bp meds..now I'm just waiting on lab results. Ill be relieved to hear every thing is ok.
So here are some important numbers:
Starting weight : 250 lbs Weight today : 184 lbs Starting size 22 Size today 14-16 Starting activity level : trips to the drive thru Activity today: Work out/cardio 2x daily 4-6 times a week Starting Happy Hour: 2x a week Happy Hour now.. Once every 2 weeks.
These are not bragging numbers.. I'm posting to remind myself how far I've come.To remind myself, that all though I have hard days, I've come along way. I posting to share,bc if I can do it, anyone can!! Keeping my eyes on the prize !!

Your ROCKING It Girl !! your stats Look Great,, keep up the awesome progress.I love the Happy hour stat . That was always my Fav time of the week . Not so much anymore. Its Ok,, I still get together with friends,, May have 1 or 2 here and there not always ,,, but that's it for now until I get this extra Fat off,, and then of course moderation is always the key with alcohol . Thanks for posting this! I need to do my annual blood work soon and your post gave me motivation to schedule an appointment! You should be super proud of yourself! My SW was 240 and I'm currently at 202.2. I haven't hit ONEderland in over a decade and cannot wait to join you there! Congrats on reaching 184 pounds! This shows your determination and focus and definitely deserves a HUGE pat on the back (along with bragging rights!) :)
