Super excited! Got my membership paid and did a session yesterday! Downloaded the JJ app and started the 30 in 3 program. I actually LOVE the ACV drink and almost drank the whole gallon of belly fat detox water! By the end of day 1 the taste of the water had grown on me and I felt great! My natural 8 hour window is 8-4 but for family schedules it needs to be 11-7. I broke down and ate at 10am yesterday and then was too full by 4pm to want to eat anything else. I think I snacked too much by the evening. I followed my food plan relatively well until about 4pm and then I was hungry and ate mac n cheese - which was NOT on my plan and got bloated and felt gross for several hours afterward. I am not going to let a stumble be the reason I stop - nope, nope and nope! Today is my 500 calorie fasting day! Let's do this! Changed my Peloton name to MommaCan2!
