today i havr...finally... reached where i was at christmas. so january to july unhealthy esting has taken over 2 months of healthy eating to put right. theres a lesson in there !!!!!!!! So this means that when i reach my target, healthy weight (which is bmi under 25) then maintenance work needs hesvy duty attention. meanwhile howver hard i work to eat well its ok to get it wrong now and again and even a nice treat i will have to keep it going so i give myself the best chance to be around to watch my beloved grandchildren grow. so onwards and downwards. come on fellow f s friends... we can do it.
