這週開始進階到有肉肉的健康餐了😍!剛好放連假~就提早來個做個舒肥料理!(終於把WMF舒肥機開箱了😆),第一道就先來個不要太難的《義式舒肥雞胸肉》,雙面抺上調味料,醃漬冷藏一晚~來舒肥一下!早上料理時~雙面香煎至微金黃即可,果然舒肥的肉質很juice又不柴,好好味😍😋。
