hello, everyone. I'm looking for some advice. When I signed up, the app gave me an RDI of 2000 cal. I'm having trouble getting in half that amount every day. I am definitely not starving myself! My start weight was 249lbs n I'm down to 236 so far. Honestly, 2000 cals seems outrageous for me to consume and actually lose weight. I'm eating more now than I very did before, just healthier. Has anyone else had similar issues?
