well well we'll, this was a great summer, and stepping in the scale revealed that I had a great time.
in all seriousness though, I feel my regained weight once again encroaching on my will feeling.
while I have kept up with jogging throughout, my weight training was non existent and my reading appetite has not helped either
I am of the opinion that hunger is just a mental thing and that you can think yourself as starving even though you just returned from lunch.
Anyways I have decided to start another session of interment fasting and get back to my goal of 160lb.
Day one (again) and about 15lb to go.
