My very first weigh in was what the doctor told me last week and that was my last known weight before I started fatsecret this morning. This 2nd weigh in is my first weigh in as of todays starting date. :)
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
