My brunch compliments of my girlfriend who feels I shouldn't lose anymore weight.
This refried beans, spinach with onion added, potatoes, fried eggs and carne asada steak underneath. Yummy!
EDIT: sorry I did not have fried eggs. Guess my memory is going along with the weight. My apologies to all.
Ate about half of the beans and a couple slices of the papas and got an extra heaping helping of the spinach. It goes without saying that I killed the beefsteak.
Afterwords, I rode the bike for 30 minutes burning around 210+ calories.
Tonight I will probably have a fish taco with extra lettuce which should hold me till I get home for my peanut butter and milk bedtime snack.
Who knows I may even drop an ounce by morning.
Tomorrow I am doing a five mile hike in a desert canyon and hope to get some good photos. This will be my first hike since adopting this new lifestyle, a hike where I am going to be humping 43 fewer pounds down and back up that canyon. The weather will be perfect with a high of only 91F and thunderstorms possible.
I will post here again tomorrow night and will put up a photo of my favorite tree in the whole world.
