Morning exercise Bike: 65 minutes, 7 resistance, 14-15.5 mph, 15 miles.
I am trying something new with my grocery shopping. I spend around $250.00 a week on groceries and I am always throwing something out. Well, I am going to try getting up in the mornings, woking out, and then getting ready and going to the store every day to get just what I need for that day. One, this will help with getting extra things I " think" I might need and also cut out the throwing away of food. It seems like it will be hard at first but if I save money like I am hoping I will than it will get easier. I actually got up this morning and ran to the store only spending less than $13.00 which when you break it down I saved like $22.00! Yes, I know it won't always be that cheap but if I know I don't need it that day then it can wait until I do. After I got home I did my biking and did the entire hour!! Being up for about 30 min helped get me moving and ready to wokout. Pumped up and ready for the day!!
