What do you all do to create a routine and be organised? Or rather what do you tell yourself / what strategies do you use to motivate yourself to do it and when do you do it? I know that planning my meals and days ahead is probably key but I don’t know how to make myself get there. Feels boring / like too much effort and I’d rather sit and watch netflix rather than plan meals and plan my days ahead so that I know where to fit in exercise etc, what I’ll be cooking/eating etc. I end up prioritising kids stuff, chores etc, and spend most of my days just deciding on the day what I’ll do, which ends up wasting time! what do I tell myself to ensure that I prioritise organising?! 😬
