monday again...so hard this summer to stick with a routine...just back from my weight/cardio workout...just havnt been very good at it the last several weeks...i want to do the workouts...but just cant seem to get enough sleep to not feel tired when its time to wake up in the mornings...lately 8 hours some nites just isnt enough ....
