Having a rough idea about my daily calorie intake is really helping me in loosing fat. I have always been somewhat active and involved in swimming and skating. But from last 4-5 months my lifestyle has changed to a more sedentary one and I noticed my clothes getting tighter around my waist and realized I was in a calorie surplus. I decided to be mindful of what I put in my body. I lost 2kgs in 3 weeks. Eventually I'd like to gain some muscle weight and get stronger. But as I'm new to fitness I'm taking it slow and aiming on one thing at a time that is loosing fat.
48.5 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
