Edit:
Had a Mcdonalds Sausage and egg Mcmuffin this morning and coffee. My guess maybe 490 calories. Forgot to take the diabetes medicine Metformin at the time so about an hour or so later had a tablespoon of peanut butter and took the med.

Going to have to revisit the weight goal. Checked out a couple of BMI calculators online and it seems that I should shoot for the 175 pound range. I tend to now agree and the reason is in the photo below.

Sorry for the grotesque image above. Below is a more savory image of my lunch while ago.

Typical me, wait till I am 61 and the recipient of bad news to finally start doing something about the problem.

No cycle today but I did get in productive time with the handgripper. My weaker left arm has made great progress just in 3 days.

If you have an Aldi's market near you they have a Fit & Trim breakfast sandwich with either turkey sausage or Canadian bacon, which are 250 calories and 18 grams of protein. A much better choice than McDonalds. You get 4 for $3.99. I keep a box thawed out in the fridge and have on each morning. They heat in the microwave. Just don't overheat them or the muffin gets tough. Good luck on your journey to be healthy.

I think Panera Bread has a very good sandwich that is around 350 calories. It's called a power sandwich for breakfast. I tried it and loved it.
