Im feeling GREAT today!. I'm on week 3 of my workout plan that my trainer game me, slowing increasing my weights. I've successfully up'ed my carbs last week and still produced a loss, even though there were a few snags along the way and I'm slowing meeting my water/steps goal every day. I'm learning to find a happy balance in my life and making this a way of life and not just a diet. Taking it one day at a day at time. Life's a gift. Hug someone close to you today...
