These are boiled soya chunks with just some spice in it that's it... As a teenager can't buy whey protein so they are left as only option for me now. I dare anyone to eat it with a pinch of salt :( it sucks a lot

chill bro, i eat it 3 times a week, nd twice as much as that😂
Pro tip: instead of eating it raw boiled, fry it after boiling(suck out the water before frying), dont worry it won't add much fats through oil and it will taste much better, like chaaps, crispy nd tasty, like a snack
