I still haven't gotten that battery for my scale. I'm procrastinating because I'm not looking forward to seeing that number. I've been a sugar ahololic the past couple of weeks. I took myself off soda for 2 weeks and then this whole past week I've been terrible at not giving in to myself for ANYTHING!

I need to somehow be able to refocus myself on this goal of mine!

i totally understand where your coming from!! one thing to keep in mind...when you eat sugar..which i love and potato chips too! It will take 21 days for your body to work through that. The more you consume sugar the more your body wants, thats why after two weeks you had a horrible craving and gave into it :( if you can push through the sugar craving by using other alternatives, which are not the same, but do help take the edge off, it will help. I use things like crystal light and "chocalate tai tea" or any sort of "sweet" tea, but do try to not give in. Its hard! i know...but maybe knowing that in about 2 -3 weeks your going to be struggling again, might help you not reach for the usual sugar treats. I hope this helps and good luck! its so hard to stay the path...lol :)
