i feel thinner, i can feel that i have lost weighrt. he says he can't see a difference. F him! I am being strict, and it is strange to eat the amount of fat that you eat on this diet, but I have also enrolled in and paid for a course on understanding the diet, to make sure I do it exactly right. I am eating less calories, I set my RDI at half of what was recommended, and I am setting a goal to still come in under that. I am never tired or hungry, and next week i am going to start going to gym. although at will be hard as he said that if he were at gym and he saw me he would think i was too fat to look at, but he loved to go to gym to serve. so it is scary for me, incase someone laughs at me or something. anyway, i must do it regardless.

I have more energy, and i have cut out coffee. i only drink green tea, and also water with apple cider vinegar in it, and lemon water.

i don't eat sweets or junk food.

i am a vegetarian but i have cut out soya as it is bed for you and carbo loaded. so i really eat veggie, nuts and a portion shake in the morning to make sure i am getting enough protein.

i have a wedding in september. how much could i lose by then? maybe 15? from start weight?

I have to admit that the person that is seeing you every single day will not see your weight loss until you actually wearing an outfit that he has never seen before or maybe an outfit he knows of from the past. I wouldn't worry about that. With me it's the same. Even looking in the mirror i see no difference but i can feel the difference. What other people think or see when you go to the gym is their business. You are doing it for yourself and nobody else. I thought the same thing when i went on a walk the other day. I was like damn i must look pretty dumb walkingthen it hit me. Thell i care what other's thi

The hell what other's think of me. Mind change is important. You have to reroute the way you think. Take it as if they were saying wow she is doing something for her health. Don't let nobody bring you down!!!

People that trying to throw negativity are the ones that are the most un happiest in the world. And want everybody to feel miserable. Keep up the good work 🌹🌹🌹🌹
