Yep 😁 guess who has been chewing things again...but enjoying life. Actually swam in a lake yesterday. Almost pain free - mobile and flexible...and joy of joys able to eat of all foods without physical illness! I am happy. All 💓 FS members!

68.1 kg Lost so far: 27.4 kg. Still to go: 6.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
