Haven't been feeling that great the last couple days, thought maybe it was because we weren't really getting enough calories, so I tried to at least get us to 1500 today. Probably didn't do it in the best way, but we are starting to feel a little less draggy today.

You're trying to get into ketosis for Atkins? Make sure you drink a lot of water. If you're not feeling well on Atkins and it's not working. Change plans. Don't give up.

We aren't specifically doing Atkins or South Beach, we just quit eating bread, rice, potatoes, and other starchy, high carb foods. We're eating mostly protein (eggs, meat) and vegetables, and oatmeal with fruit.
