A lot of changes happening in my life right now. My DD an SIL have moved out of our house after a year of living with us. We are so proud of them buying their 1st house, but I am going thru empty nest syndrome. Now I have found out that my oldest son has lost his job. He will be moving in a few weeks from now. I am excited since we will no longer be on opposite sides of the country, but I feel really bad for him since he is really depressed. So now it is time to focus on me again and to stop dealing with my anxiety with food. Back on the plan again.
