I like that it can be paired with salty or sweet, I guess like a lot of cheeses really. A spinach, goat cheese and walnut salad drizzled with balsamic is my favourite!

Oh I can’t do balsamic, I have smell sensitivity. But the rest sounds great. Now I am going to look for the stuffed chicken recipe. Thank you for the pro goat cheese tips 😊
