I just found this site today, but my husband and I started our diet on Wednesday. Just 3 days in and we are both already feeling better, we've completely cut out sugary drinks (pop and sweet tea) and are only drinking water, I'm sleeping better at night and not feeling so draggy in the morning. This is the longest I've stuck with a diet because usually by the 3rd or 4th day I'm so hungry I can't stand it, but this time we've been trying to eat more filling foods like oatmeal and spinach and staying away from the Lean Cuisines and Weight Watchers meals that do leave me hungry. I'm really hopeful that I'll lose weight this time and I can't wait!

This Fat Secret app has truly been my "fat secret". It enables me to see exactly what I'm ingesting. I can have better control over my weight. I have now remained at my target weight for years, thanks to this app. May you have the same success that I did. I also have learned a lot about what to eat and what not to eat. Whole foods are so much better for you than that processed frozen stuff. Good for you giving up the sugary drinks.

The processed frozen stuff is filled with SALT. And, as you say, they're really not that filling, either.
