last night I thought that of I want to be a 140# person, I have to think & behave like a 140# person. I add that it's a 140# person who has to work hard at being that person, to whom that status did not come naturally. I do crave food, I want to much of it. I love the way it tastes & I love the way it makes me feel. Just as I've adapted to being other things I thought I'd never be, like not a stay at home mom, or not a person who had a loving faithful supportive husband, it is necessary that I adapt myself body & mind (& probably spirit) to "fit".
