Very simple - rice I didn’t use paella rice but sealed it for white and red rice, just as it has more health benefits and more protein, a mix sea food pack from Tesco, sprint onions, grated carrot, red pepper, read beans.
I cooked all the veggies with olive oil, added minced garlic, salt and pepper, then added the seafood and and added the juice of one lime, lastly added the rice and served with coriander.
